I bought an air ticket via the Internet and would like to have it delivered to my address. Will there be a charge for this?
When you buy your ticket online Royal Air Maroc will send you a Memo of all the informations about your flight by e-mail. This Memo is your Flight Ticket.
I bought an air ticket via the Internet and would like to modify the dates of travel, what should I do?
For changing your dates of travel you have to go in the website and click on "Manage my Reservation" and then you have to communicate your name and your reservation code. If conditions of the fare you buy allowed that , you can change dates of your reservation 24h / 24 and 7days / 7 from your internet connexion.
How can I reserve a flight on Royal Air Maroc if I don’t have any way to pay over the Net?
On the Net only payment by credit card is accepted. If you dispose of another way to pay, please get in touch with the Royal Air Maroc office in the country of your departure.
I purchased a ticket over the Internet and want to be reimbursed. Can this be done?
If the fare conditions you buy can allow that, you can be reimbursed. To do this, you have to get in touch with the Royal Air Maroc office in the country of departure or you can call the call center which numbers are on the website on "contact us"
