Undelivered baggage:
If upon arrival you do not manage to retrieve your baggage, go directly to the Baggage service to make a declaration. The information provided will be entered into the world baggage search system called Worldtracer. A file number will be issued to you so you can trace what is happening over the Internet. Rest assured that Royal Air Maroc personnel will do their utmost to help.

Damaged baggage:
If upon receipt of your baggage, you notice the slightest problem (baggage opened or damaged), get in touch with our Baggage service immediately.
