How to apply for an upgrade award?
To book an upgrade award in business class: 1/ Contact our call center to request the class upgrade of your paid ticket in miles. 2/ Log in to your online account and go to the "Aerial reward request" section to fill out the upgrade reward request form. 3/ Following your request, a notification of the debit in miles from your Safar Flyer account and an email confirming your booking in business class will be sent to you. Keep your email address updated!
