1. Object
Each member holds an account to which are credited to their Miles. Miles are obtained only for flights Royal Air Maroc, with partner airlines under codeshare code AT, and / or via the services provided by non-airline partners based on the scale of the Safar Flyer program specified in the communication SF. Royal Air Maroc is likely to expand its Safar Flyer program by incorporating new partners and will advise members of the conditions governing the relationship between Safar Flyer and its partners. The member can earn Miles for flights that he has actually made or benefits to the partners he has received. In the event that at the time of check in the beneficiary of a premium ticket is not the holder of a Safar Flyer account, the ticket beneficiary must mandatorily present the documents that prove the identity of the account holder (one piece of identity from the account holder of the Safar Flyer, a photocopy of the Safar Flyer card from the account holder). The negotiation of the purchase, or the sale of miles and/or premiums; the unauthorized purchase of premiums, or the unauthorized use of premiums is strictly prohibited. RAM reserves the right, at all times and without prior notice, to carry out controls on the accounts of the Safar Flyer members, with particular attention to the provenance of the miles earned, as well as the use of premiums on the service of Royal Air Maroc or of its partners. RAM reserves the right to claim damages for any improper use of the Miles or Premiums of a Safar Flyer card. Members must provide their full name and membership number when making any adjustments to Royal Air Maroc or its partners. Miles are credited exclusively for members who have given their membership number when booking / ticket issuance, recording of the flight and before any use of a performance at the Safar Flyer partners. Miles earned by the member will be credited to their account, regardless of the identity of the person or entity paying for the tickets or services among partners Safar Flyer.
Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to change the rules of Mileage accrual, it may at any time:
The Miles add up depending on the booking class as booked, paid and not the class in which the person has actually travelled.
Are excluded from Miles accumulation: Each member is required to retain necessary documents such as boarding passes, receipts and invoices passengers benefit from non-airline partners that may be required by Royal Air Maroc or Safar Flyer partners in case of credit application retroactive. Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to refuse credit activities for which the documents mentioned above have not been communicated by the member.
For any individual Safar Flyer account, miles recorded for an activity at N-3 expire on 31/12 / N unless exceptions or extensions. Each member can access their individual account online on the Website SF and get the detail of its own activities. Each member must personally ensure that its activities corresponding to Miles have been credited to his account. If the member finds that there is an activity not yet credited, it must make a request for retroactive credit to Royal Air Maroc in 6 months. An application must be sent to Customer Service SF according to the procedures available on the SF website. Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to debit the account of a member having Miles unduly credited but also reserves the right to award additional credit of Miles in connection with promotional campaigns. Members of the Safar Flyer programme have the option to transfer their miles for free to the beneficiary account of their choice.
Benefits (reductions, facilities, privileges ...) can also be obtained with air or non-airline partners of Safar Flyer under the conditions defined by each partner and described in the Communication SF. Unless otherwise stated by Royal Air Maroc or its airline or non-airline partners, members who are also members of other loyalty programs will not earn Miles on only one program per flight or service in such cases, the Members should choose between programs for each flight or each service.
Miles earned during a calendar year N (January 1 to December 31) are valid until 31 December of year N +3 (example: Miles obtained in April 2013 are valid until 31/12/2016). Miles can not be bequeathed as part of an inheritance (without a third party / claimant may not claim any compensation), assigned or in combination with or without consideration to the account or any other Miles Safar Flyer member (except as otherwise provided by Safar Flyer). 5. Safar Flyer cardsRoyal Air Maroc will send the Blue Safar Flyer card to the member after the credit of its first paid flight with Royal Air Maroc. The Safar Flyer membership card is personal and not transferable, only the member whose name appears on the card is authorized to use or disclose the membership number. In case of loss or theft of the Safar Flyer card or if it is damaged, the member shall immediately inform Safar Flyer. Royal Air Maroc is not responsible for any misuse of the card or in case of non-compliance by the member of this clause. Safar Flyer cards are the property of Royal Air Maroc and will be returned when needed. The member must present their card at any time when a Royal Air Maroc and its partners at the request during his travels, or when using the services offered under the program. Upon closing of the account or the card(s) held by the member or his dependents shall be immediately returned to Royal Air Maroc. 6. Change of statusIn case of change of status of a particular member, Royal Air Maroc will communicate the card related to the new status, Depending on the number of qualifying Miles and / or qualifying flights accumulated annually from January 1 to December 31 by members, they see their status change from Blue to Silver and Gold. The Safar Flyer Blue card is valid for life, the Silver and Gold cards are valid until the date of expiration set. Silver or Gold levels depend on the schemes described in the SF Communication. Royal Air Maroc may at any time, without notice, change the rules governing the number of qualifying Miles or qualifying flights for the granting of Silver and Gold cards.
Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to change at any time and without notice, the privileges of each card. The cards are limited in time are subject to annual renewal, which will concern the cards expiring. Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to qualify or degrade members and to extend the expiry date of certain cards. 7. PartnersMiles and / or benefits (reductions, facilities, privileges ...) can also be obtained with airline or non-airline partners of Safar Flyer under the conditions defined by each partner and the communication described in SF. The member must communicate his membership number when booking or purchasing the service from partners. The Member when using the services of partners has to check with them the prevailing conditions. Any complaint about it can be addressed only to partners. Royal Air Maroc is not responsible for the failure of credit of Miles related to the activities conducted with non-airline partners. Any complaint about it can be addressed only to partners. Each member is required to send all supporting documents (voucher, invoice, etc.) requested by the partners so they can communicate the activities to be credited back to Royal Air Maroc. The partners that have specific agreements are solely responsible for the conditions for granting Miles (Award Miles only) and / or benefits (reductions, facilities, privileges ...) about their benefits. Royal Air Maroc disclaims any liability for the failure of services by partners. Any complaint about it can be addressed only to partners. 8. Using MilesRoyal Air Maroc reserves the right to offer special bonuses for each product are detailed in the communication SF. When the member has accumulated the required number of valid Miles, he has the right to ask for an award in accordance with procedures governing the issue of awards (tickets, upgrades, etc.) described in the Communication and in SF scheme of awards available on the SF website.
Taking awards is subject to these conditions, those specific for awards detailed in the SF communication and those governing regular promotions. Royal Air Maroc reserves the right at any time modify these terms. Minors joining the program require parental permission, or legal guardian for all award applications. Based on the rate in effect at the time of application, the member's account will be debited by the number of Miles corresponding to the award charged, the earliest Miles being debited in priority.
Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to change the conditions for obtaining any award, including the number of Miles you need and cancel any offers and bonuses without notice with immediate effect. The granting of awards is subject to specific regulations of each product Safar Flyer. An award may be issued for a third person at the request of a member subject to presentation of the identity of the third person from taking possession of the award, and a copy of the member's card and an original certificate signed by the member to allow the return of the award. Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to change this procedure or suspended at any time. Awards for minors may be given only to parents or legal guardian. Bonuses are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance, unless exceptions - such as Promotional Offers described in the SF Communication. The member may offer an award provided that the conditions permit it. The member is solely responsible for the use of awards, whether by him or a third party. The member may cancel an award if the conditions permit it, if it is still valid and if it has not been used partially. The member's account will be credited of valid Miles and taken for the award. In case of cancellation of an award, Miles expired can not be refunded. The third member is or not entitled to credit for these Miles.
Awards are indivisible. They can never be awarded retroactively, have a redemption or exchange, extended, sold or cashed, be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Airline awards:
In case of a remote processing, Airline awards will be sent to the e-mail informed by the member. Where applicable, the award must be removed from the branches Royal Air Maroc. The delivery of the award is subject to collection of any taxes. Award ticket Incentives request is made on the SF website, by calling the Safar Flyer Call Centre, or in Royal Air Maroc agencies. Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to modify the procedures for redeeming rewards at any time without notice. To receive an award ticket, the member must make a reservation, subject to availability, from the Call Centre or Royal Air Maroc agency. Access to award tickets depends on the number of reserved seats for Safar Flyer program. Royal Air Maroc and all airline partners in the program are the sole judges of the number of seats available for this purpose, any claim of the members will not be accepted, including in the case of a flight not full. Therefore, members are advised to book their seats as soon as possible giving, in addition to the membership number, the information that it’s an award ticket. All flights with award tickets must be made on routes operated by Royal Air Maroc or airlines of Safar Flyer partners. The Airline Rewards may be limited on certain code-share flights. Award tickets are issued to the member and / or on behalf of any other person designated by him on the "Request for awards" electronic or paper and under the conditions existing during award ticket issuance. The choice of route is governed by the conditions of award tickets, Royal Air Maroc or its airline partners, published on the SF website. All flight segments within the same award ticket should be booked at the same time.
After award ticket issuance, change the name of the beneficiary will not be accepted under any circumstances.
If a further change, Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with fare conditions. The Member requesting for bonuses is alone responsible for paying all taxes and all taxes applicable to bonuses awarded by the program. The member must pay all taxes whatever the recipient of the award.
The award ticket can never be used for the following: transport stretcher, accompanying a child by a hostess, to obtain a baby seat or to get an extra seat unless it indicates otherwise published on SF website. Upgrade award:
The upgrade award is understood as the ability to travel in the class immediately above that paid. Excess luggage award: The excess luggage award is understood as the ability to carry extra luggage, in addition to the excess baggage on the ticket and that relating to the privileges of membership card if applicable.
The excess luggage awards are valid only on eligible flights of Royal Air Maroc and are not transferable. The Excess luggage award will not be accepted for transportation of special luggage or for animal transportation. Each member can access online to his personal space on the website by introducing SF membership number and PIN confidential. This will allow him access to all services described in the SF Communication. The member is responsible for the use of his PIN and shall not disclose to any third party. Royal Air Maroc can not be responsible for any intentional or unintentional disclosure of identifiers by a member to a third party, allowing it to access online data and to conduct certain transactions. Only the member himself can act on his personal account as updating the profile, asking for premiums. The account holder can make such changes through the features available on the SF website or by electronic mail only from the email account registered on his account or by written notice signed and sent to Safar Flyer. The member is required to update its contacts in Safar Flyer. He is liable for the update of its profile information (postal address, email, phones, ...) in accordance with the preceding article. 10. Communication with membersBy joining the Safar Flyer program, the member agrees to receive communications from Safar Flyer that are part of the program. Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to launch targeted communications at any time. All communications within the Safar Flyer program will be made only with the account holder. Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to customize the channels of contacts per member status. Each member will use the contacts corresponding to published status for all communications with Safar Flyer. Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to choose the media, channels and frequencies that are best suited for Safar Flyer communications. Royal Air Maroc may at any time, without notice, modify its media, its canals and communication frequencies. 11. AuditRoyal Air Maroc reserves the right to audit all accounts of the Safar Flyer program at any time and without notice to members, to ensure compliance with program rules and conditions of carriage and / or rates. In the event an audit reveals discrepancies or violations, the responsible member's account will be suspended by Royal Air Maroc until the discrepancies or violations are resolved satisfactorily for Royal Air Maroc. Pending such resolution, it may be forbidden for the responsible member to convert Miles, access lounges, and use awards, or services and benefits related to the program at the sole and exclusive discretion of Royal Air Maroc.
Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to debit the account of any member who has acquired Miles fraudulently. Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to exclude the Safar Flyer program, to cancel the account and confiscate all the Miles accrued with immediate effect if the member concerned:
- Does not meet the general conditions of carriage of Royal Air Maroc or these conditions;
The member is entitled to terminate his membership in the Safar Flyer program. It will then notify in writing to Royal Air Maroc. Therefore, the Miles accumulated will be canceled and the account will be fenced and gated. Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to terminate the Safar flyer program with 3 months notice sent to members, provided that the balance of Miles at the date of termination can be used no later than within 3 months after such termination. 14. ResponsibilityThe Member is responsible for any losses and damages to Royal Air Maroc and its staff due to poor execution, the partial or total failure of the obligations of this contract. Royal Air Maroc assumes no liability for damages incurred when using an award, except for damage in transit for which the carrier's liability is governed by the Warsaw Convention or any Moroccan laws related to domestic transport as well as general conditions of carriage of Royal Air Maroc. Royal Air Maroc accepts no responsibility for any use by a minor of the services of Safar Flyer without permission of his guardian. In the event that a bonus would have been unreasonably withheld, the responsibility of Royal Air Maroc will be limited to the value of this bonus. Any compensation can only be made in the form of a premium equivalent. Royal Air Maroc is also not responsible for loss or theft of awards or other document issued by it under the Safar Flyer program and no document may be replaced. Royal Air Maroc can not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by postal service or by customs procedures. 15. Personal data protectionRoyal Air Maroc will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of awards, or any other document issued within the framework of the Safar Flyer program, and the cause is not directly incumbent upon it. VariousThe sale, purchase, brokerage, resale, barter or exchange of Miles, or award tickets in exchange for any compensation is prohibited. Those who would make use of awrads or benefita acquired illegally are liable to prosecution. Miles, bonuses and benefits have no cash value and can not be honored in cash. Royal Air Maroc reserves the right to change at any time without notice the Safar Flyer program (these conditions, Miles accumulation structure, threshold level change, structure and scale ofawards, list of partners ...). The member may under no circumstances entitled to any compensation from Royal Air Maroc following program changes. These conditions are available in French and English. In case of divergence of interpretation, only the French version shall prevail. The most current version of these conditions is available on the website SF. The general conditions shall prevail over any previous text. 17. Applicable law-courts
The applicable law is Moroccan law. |
