What expenses are reimbursable in case of delayed baggage delivery?

If your baggage is delivered late, you may request reimbursement for essential purchases (toiletries, clothing) and reasonable communication expenses. Transport and accommodation costs may also be covered if the baggage is not delivered to your address.
For residents at destination, only transport expenses may be reimbursed if the baggage is not delivered to your address. Please note: All claims must be supported by receipts. Depending on the type of expense, specific reimbursement rates may apply (typically between 50% and 100%).

Can I carry perishable items in my baggage?

Please note that the carrier is not liable for certain items, including perishables (shellfish, fish, seafood, etc.), fragile items, securities, jewelry, medication, and similar goods. These items should be carried in your hand baggage.
Baggage containing perishable goods may be subject to destruction by airport authorities in accordance with applicable regulations, without the carrier’s liability.

I flew with Iberia and the accumulated miles on my account are not counted as status miles. Is this a mistake?

The partnership between Royal Air Maroc and Iberia allows you to accumulate only Award Miles. These Miles may however be convertible into rewards at any time. The status miles can only be accumulated on Royal Air Maroc flights
