HOW TO BOOK A oneworld AWARD TICKET?
1. Reserve your desired route by contacting our Customer Service Department.
2. Log in to your Individual or Family account and complete the "Request an Award" form.
3. Pay airport taxes, upon receipt of a confirmation email1, by phone or at an agency in order to have your flight ticket issued.

You can go to the nearest Royal Air Maroc
agency to receive your Award.
APPLICABLE CONDITIONS FOR THE oneworld AWARD TICKET:
- The oneworld Award Ticket is transferable,
- The oneworld Award Ticket is non-endorsable,
- The oneworld Award ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of issue,
- The oneworld Award Ticket cannot be issued with a different booking class for the outbound flight than the return flight,
- The oneworld Award Ticket cannot be issued on multiple legs involving 2 or more airlines,
- Change of route is not permitted for oneworld Award tickets,
- In the event of cancellation of the oneworld Award ticket, Miles are not refundable. Only the taxes are, even in case of No Show.
- The date change is:
- Not allowed for a No Show,
- Allowed prior to departure:
o First date change:
- Free for Platinum, Ambassador, Gold, and Silver,
- 4,000 miles for Blue members.
o Second date change:
- 4,000 miles for any Safar Flyer status. - The oneworld Award Ticket cannot be issued for an infant (<2 years).
- The oneworld Award Ticket rate for a child (2-12 years old) is the same as the adult rate.
