How do I report my baggage if it has not arrived at my destination?
You must immediately report your missing baggage to the "Baggage Service" at the arrival airport to obtain a file reference number. Keep all your receipts if you had to purchase essential items while waiting.

What should I do if my baggage is still not found after 21 days?
If your baggage is not found after 21 days, it is considered lost. You can then file a claim for compensation.

What expenses are reimbursable in case of delayed delivery?
You are eligible for the reimbursement of essential purchases and phone expenses. Transport and accommodation costs are covered if the baggage is not delivered to your home (for residents, only transport costs apply). Any request must be accompanied by supporting documents.

Where can I purchase extra baggage with Royal Air Maroc?
You can purchase extra baggage online up to 24 hours before departure. Beyond that, payment must be made at the check-in counter.

If I place my camera in checked baggage, will it be covered?
Royal Air Maroc does not assume liability for valuable items (money, jewelry, cameras) placed in checked or unchecked baggage.

Can I transport perishable items in my baggage?
The carrier's liability is not engaged for perishable items (shellfish, fish, etc.), fragile items, or medication. These items must be kept in cabin baggage. They may be subject to destruction by airport authorities.
