When I purchased an award ticket online, I was charged taxes despite the appearance of an error message informing me of the invalidity of the reservation of my award ticket. What should I do?
Your Safar Flyer award ticket has not been issued. This reservation does not constitute a ticket; it does not allow you to travel. If this is a first request for an award ticket on this Safar Flyer account, the beneficiary of the flight must be the Safar Flyer member himself. The refund of the amount of taxes debited will be returned on your card. For any complaint, please send an email to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
