Will unused tickets be refunded?
"In response to the current exceptional circumstances, Royal Air Maroc has put in place exceptional measures, by introducing more flexibility in order to help you plan your trips with serenity and peace of mind.
We are pleased to inform you that all customers can now :
-Change freely the date of departure and the destination as many times as possible without penalties before the departure:
No restriction on destination, issue date or travel date. A fare difference may apply if the original booking class is not available .
This change takes effect immediately and concerns both tickets already issued and new tickets. In case of uncertainty regarding future trip plans, we invite our customers to opt for the refund of the ticket in exchange of a voucher to ensure a quick processing.
Please contact your travel agency or our call center by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We wish to reassure our clients that absolutely all their requests will be processed."
