How much is the subscription booster?
Please note that prices may change at any time for new and existing subscriptions. You can check the latest prices on the dedicated microsite https://boost.loyaltystatus.com/ram/.
The standard pricing is as follows:
2x Status Miles Booster subscription: EUR 199 every 90 days
3x Status Miles Booster subscription: EUR 298 every 90 days
The following introductory pricing is applicable for a limited time and may be withdrawn without notice:
2x status miles subscription: EUR 99 every 90 days
3x status miles subscription: EUR 198 every 90 days
If you cancel your subscription and the price changes, you will be subject to any updated pricing.
Subscription prices may change over time. We will provide you with at least 30-days notice prior to your renewal of any price changes.

Once I become a member, how do I register my past flights on my Safar Flyer account?
Safar Flyer offers you the possibility to register your Royal Air Maroc flights made up to 6 months before your membership. To do so, go to your online Safar Flyer account at the bottom of the page under the heading « Register your flight » to enter the data of your flight (Ticket number, date of flight, origin / destination and flight number). In the case of a Safar Family account, registration of the missing flight can only be done on the individual account (Blue, Silver, Gold, Platinum). However, the reward miles earned following this flight will be visible on the Safar Family account.

Can I make a change to my Cash & Miles ticket? How do you do this?
-You may change the date of your ticket subject to availability and a penalty fee payable in cash.

As soon as your ticket is exchanged, no refund can be made on the new ticket once 3 months have passed since the exchange.

To request a ticket change, simply call the call center or go to the nearest Royal Air Maroc agency.

One of my flights was not credited to my Safar Flyer account. How do I claim my miles?
Log in to your online account and go to the section « Register a missing flight » to enter your flight details (ticket number, date of flight, origin / destination and flight number) included on the e-ticket or boarding pass. Claims for miles earned from our partners require the agreement of the partner concerned. To have your activities automatically registered in your account, always remember to indicate your Safar Flyer card number when buying your flight ticket and when using the services of our partners.

What is the procedure for acquiring awards for a flight from a partner airline?
The award ticket is issued at the Royal Air Maroc agency.
The steps involved in purchasing an award ticket from a oneworld company are as follows:
• Step 1: Booking of the desired route at the agency or call center
• Step 2: Formulation of the request for an Award ticket by the member during his private online session or by filling in the form at the agency
• Step 3: Payment of taxes and ticketing at the agency or call center

Can the Safar Flyer member benefit from an award ticket with a oneworld airline company of which he or she is not a member of its loyalty program?
Yes. It is possible for a Safar Flyer member to purchase award tickets on all flights of oneworld's partner airlines, even if they are not a member of their loyalty program. Simply apply for an award ticket with one of oneworld's airlines by logging in to the online Safar Flyer under award application. No. A Safar Flyer member is not eligible for the upgrade and excess luggage allowance awards on oneworld airline flights.

I have a Safar Flyer Blue card. How do I progress to the Silver level, the Gold one, and then Platinum?
The progression to the Silver and Gold levels depends on your miles or flight status * you accumulate in a calendar year (January 1 to December 31). You just have to reach 20,000 Miles or 15 flights Status * to obtain a Silver level and 35,000 Miles or 30 flights Status * for the Gold level,and 75,000 Miles or 75 Status flights * for the Platinum level.
* Can be accumulated on Royal Air Maroc flights and oneworld partner flights.

How long does it take to purchase a ticket online?
You can buy your ticket online up until the day of departure. However, online purchase is not available on the day of departure for some destinations.

How can I get a refund for my ticket?
You wish to refund a ticket purchased online or via our call center. Simply complete the online refund request form (under the Complaint section). ur teams will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm the amount to be reimbursed based on the reimbursement conditions of your ticket. The refund will be made to the credit card used to purchase your ticket.

What if I lose my boarding pass?
You can reprint your boarding card at home or send it to your email for printing later. If you're already at the airport, you need to go to the check-in desk
