I joined the Safar Family program 3 months ago and I still have not received a card, why?

By joining the Safar Family program, each family member retains their own personal Safar Flyer card, regardless of the level already attained (Blue, Silver, Gold). The Safar Family program does not provide a physical card, but only a virtual account. Progression from one level to another (from Blue to Silver and then Gold) depends on each member’s individual performance in terms of flights and/or Status Miles recorded during the calendar year prior to the card’s expiration.
