Following the public services strike notice in France on June 6th, 2023, relayed by the unions of French DGAC, all airlines were asked to reduce their flight number.
Accordingly, Royal Air Maroc cancels flights to and from France on June 6th, 2023.
Following these flight cancellations, Royal Air Maroc supports its Customers by rebooking them on other flights: passengers with reachable contact details in the booking file will receive e-mails and text message informing them about their updated flight.
We invite passengers holding tickets to and from France to check the status of their rebooked flight and verify of update their contact details via the manage booking section of our website https://www.royalairmaroc.com/ma-en/booking/manage-booking
Moreover, for Customers holding tickets on the cancelled flights, who do not wish travel the flights that were made available for them, we are delighted to announce that Royal Air Maroc grants you:
• The refund of your ticket in its original form of payment,
Or,
• A free change of date, upon availability, to and from the same destination or another destination of Royal Air Maroc network in France, for a new travel date during the 15 days following your initial flight date, provided that your initial duration of stay is maintained.
It should be noted that for any change of destination, the possible difference in taxes must be borne by the passenger.
We invite passengers whose flights have been canceled and who do not have received a confirmation of their rescheduled flight to not show up at the airport and to contact the initial point of sale or the RAM call center to confirm their rescheduled flight or benefit from the above provisions.
