2-Recipients of your data
To manage your reservations and payments, execute your travel arrangements and allow you to benefit from the advantages of the various services and applications provided by Royal Air Maroc including the Safar Flyer loyalty program, your personal data collected on the Royal Air Maroc website, on mobile applications or through travel agencies for the execution of your travel contract, can be transmitted to authorized personnel of Royal Air Maroc, to subsidiaries of our Group, to our partners (such as hotels, car rental companies , payment platforms, acquirers, fraud detection solutions, handlers, etc.) or to our ancillary service providers, as part of the execution of all or part of the services consumed with or through Royal Air Maroc.
3-Communication of your personal data to authorized third parties
Royal Air Maroc may be required to provide personal information to authorized national or foreign public authorities (customs, immigration, police, requisitions, etc.). This is for example the case in connection with the completion of compulsory immigration formalities or in response to legal requisitions in order to prevent and combat terrorism or other serious crimes.
In accordance with article L.232-7 of the French internal security code, we inform you that air carriers may be required to transmit the reservation, registration and boarding data of their passengers (API / PNR) to the French administration, according to the processing methods and for the purposes fixed in decree n ° 2014-1095 of 26/09/2014.
