كم تكلف اشتراك Status Booster؟

الرسوم الاعتيادية هي كالتالي :
اشتراك Status Miles Booster x2 : 199 يورو كل 90 يومًا.
اشتراك Status Miles Booster x3 : 298 يورو كل 90 يومًا.
إذا اخترتم الاشتراك في Status Miles Booster بالسعر الافتتاحي، سيتم الاحتفاظ بهذا السعر الى غاية إلغائكم للاشتراك الفعَّال.
اشتراك 2x أميال الحالة: 99 يورو كل 90 يومًا
اشتراك 3x أميال الحالة: 198 يورو كل 90 يومًا
في حال إلغائكم للاشتراك، سيتوجب عليك دفع الرسوم الاعتيادية السارية.
هذا المنتج هو عبارة عن اشتراك. في حال اختياركم للاشتراك الفعَّال، ستتم خصم مبلغ من بطاقتك البنكية تلقائيًا كل 90 يومًا، الى غاية إلغائكم للاشتراك.

بمجرد أن أصبح عضواً، كيف يمكنني تسجيل رحلاتي السابقة على حسابي في برنامج سفر فلاير؟
يتيح لكم برنامج سفر فلاير إمكانية تسجيل رحلاتكم على الخطوط الملكية المغربية التي قمتم بها خلال الأشهر الستة التي سبقت اشتراككم في البرنامج. وللقيام بذلك، ما عليكم سوى الدخول إلى حسابكم على الإنترنت في برنامج سفر فلاير في أسفل الصفحة تحت عنوان « تسجيل رحلتك » لإدخال بيانات رحلتكم (رقم التذكرة، تاريخ الرحلة، المغادرة/الوجهة ورقم الرحلة). في حالة حساب سفار فاميلي، لا يمكن تسجيل الرحلة غير مسجلة إلا على الحساب الفردي (الأزرق، الفضي، الذهبي أو البلاتيني). ومع ذلك،سيتم عرض الأميال المكافأة المكتسبة من هذه الرحلة على حسابكم Safar Family.

ما هو عدد الأميال التي نحتاجها للحصول على تذكرة كاش ميل؟
تعتمد الأميال المطلوبة لدفع رسوم تذكرة خدمة كاش ميل على رصيدكم والوجهة والمقصد المحددين وفئة السعر المحددة.

هل يمكننا إجراء تغيير على تذكرة خدمة كاش ميل الخاصة؟ وكيف ؟
- يمكنكم تغيير تاريخ تذكرتكم بشرط توفرها وتُطبق غرامة تُدفع نقدًا.
- بمجرد تبديل تذكرتكم، يصبح من المستحيل استرداد قيمة التذكرة الجديدة بعد 3 أشهر من التبديل.
- عند طلب تغيير تذكرتكم، ما عليكم سوى الاتصال بمركز الاتصالات أو الذهاب إلى أقرب فرع تابع للخطوط الملكية المغربية.

One of my flights was not credited to my Safar Flyer account. How do I claim my miles?
Log in to your online account and go to the section « Register a missing flight » to enter your flight details (ticket number, date of flight, origin / destination and flight number) included on the e-ticket or boarding pass. Claims for miles earned from our partners require the agreement of the partner concerned. To have your activities automatically registered in your account, always remember to indicate your Safar Flyer card number when buying your flight ticket and when using the services of our partners.

Once I become a member, how do I register my past flights on my Safar Flyer account?
Safar Flyer offers you the possibility to register your Royal Air Maroc flights made up to 6 months before your membership. To do so, go to your online Safar Flyer account at the bottom of the page under the heading « Register your flight » to enter the data of your flight (Ticket number, date of flight, origin / destination and flight number). In the case of a Safar Family account, registration of the missing flight can only be done on the individual account (Blue, Silver, Gold, Platinum). However, the reward miles earned following this flight will be visible on the Safar Family account.

Can a Safar flyer member offer award tickets with oneworld partner airlines to the person of his or her choice?
Yes. It is possible for a Safar Flyer member to offer Award tickets from oneworld partners to the person of his or her choice according to the terms and conditions of the Safar Flyer program.

What is the procedure for acquiring awards for a flight from a partner airline?
The award ticket is issued at the Royal Air Maroc agency.
The steps involved in purchasing an award ticket from a oneworld company are as follows:
• Step 1: Booking of the desired route at the agency or call center
• Step 2: Formulation of the request for an Award ticket by the member during his private online session or by filling in the form at the agency
• Step 3: Payment of taxes and ticketing at the agency or call center

Can the Safar Flyer member benefit from an award ticket with a oneworld airline company of which he or she is not a member of its loyalty program?
Yes. It is possible for a Safar Flyer member to purchase award tickets on all flights of oneworld's partner airlines, even if they are not a member of their loyalty program. Simply apply for an award ticket with one of oneworld's airlines by logging in to the online Safar Flyer under award application. He must have previously made his booking via the call center or at the Royal Air Maroc agency.

Can a Safar Flyer member benefit from other Awards (upgrade, excess luggage allowance) on oneworld airline flights ?
No. A Safar Flyer member is not eligible for the upgrade and excess luggage allowance awards on oneworld airline flights.
He will be able to take advantage of award tickets with all oneworld member airlines.

I have a Safar Flyer Blue card. How do I progress to the Silver level, the Gold one, and then Platinum?
The progression to the Silver and Gold levels depends on your miles or flight status * you accumulate in a calendar year (January 1 to December 31). You just have to reach 20,000 Miles or 15 flights Status * to obtain a Silver level and 35,000 Miles or 30 flights Status * for the Gold level,and 75,000 Miles or 75 Status flights * for the Platinum level.
* Can be accumulated on Royal Air Maroc flights and oneworld partner flights.

How do I ensure that my miles are saved on my account?
Systematically present your Safar Flyer card number when purchasing your flight tickets and when using the services of our partners Your miles will be automatically saved to your account. Presente sistemáticamente su número de tarjeta Safar Flyer al comprar sus billetes de avión y al utilizar los servicios de nuestros socios. Sus millas se guardarán automáticamente en su cuenta. Puede verificar sus actividades en su cuenta Safar Flyer en línea. De manera similar, indique su número de socio al llegar a nuestros hoteles asociados y al contratar un acuerdo de alquiler con nuestros socios de alquiler de coches. Importante: Los miembros Safar Family y/o Corporate deben presentar sus números de socio individuales.

How long does it take to purchase a ticket online?
You can buy your ticket online up until the day of departure. However, online purchase is not available on the day of departure for some destinations.

How can I get a refund for my ticket?
You wish to refund a ticket purchased online or via our call center. Simply complete the online refund request form (under the Complaint section). ur teams will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm the amount to be reimbursed based on the reimbursement conditions of your ticket. The refund will be made to the credit card used to purchase your ticket.

What if I lose my boarding pass?
You can reprint your boarding card at home or send it to your email for printing later. If you're already at the airport, you need to go to the check-in desk
