    Due to the current situation in the Middle East, Royal Air Maroc flights to and from Doha and Dubai are cancelled until and including 15 April, 2026.

    Passengers whose flights have been cancelled are kindly requested not to go to the airport, and instead to contact their original point of sale or the Royal Air Maroc Call Center to check the available options.

    Please be informed that, effective April 1st, payments for ancillary services at Royal Air Maroc counters at JFK Terminal 1 will be processed exclusively by card.

    This applies to services purchased at the airport, including seat upgrades, additional baggage, chargeable seats, promotional upgrades, ticket fees and penalties, ticket issuance, and other related services.

    Passengers who do not have a credit card available under the traveler’s name may use the cash-to-card machines located at JFK Terminal 1, which allow cash to be converted into a prepaid card that can be immediately used for payments.

    As part of the modernization of the UK border system by the Home Office, new entry procedures will become mandatory for all travellers to the United Kingdom in 2026.

    From 28 January 2026 : Visa-required travellers
    - An eVisa will be mandatory prior to departure.
    - Passengers must hold a valid UKVI account linked to their passport.
    - Paper visas (vignettes) will be progressively replaced by a digital eVisa.

    From 25 February 2026 : Visa-exempt travellers
    - An Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) will be mandatory prior to departure.
    - Without a valid ETA, the passenger will not be permitted to travel.

    Special cases:
    - International transit via Heathrow or Manchester, without passing through passport control: no ETA required.
    - British dual nationals: must travel using a valid British or Irish passport or a Certificate of Entitlement.
    - Holders of a valid UK visa: no ETA required; however, their UKVI account must be up to date.
