Following the information communicated by the Moroccan Civil Aviation Authority, Royal Air Maroc international flights from and to Morocco will cancelled in both directions from January 30th, 2022 at 20:50, till February 6th, 2022 at 23: 59.

In this context, Royal Air Maroc supports its Customers during this period by authorizing the change or refund of international travel tickets according to the following options for any ticket with an initial travel date from January 30th to February 6th, 2022:

Either,

• A free change, upon availability, from and to the same destination or another point in Royal Air Maroc network in the same geographical area as the destination of the canceled flight (Africa, Europe, Middle East, North America), for a new travel date during the 15 days following the resumption of flights,

Or,

• A change, upon availability, without penalty with application of fare difference, from and to the same destination or another point in Royal Air Maroc network in the same geographical area as the destination of the canceled flight (Africa, Europe, Middle East, North America), for a new travel date between the 16th day after resumption of flights and October 31st, 2022

Or,

• The exchange against a nominative travel voucher, non-transferable, valid for 12 months from its issuance date. This voucher is refundable in cash on its expiry date if not used, and on Customer request (3) months at the latest after its expiration. The Customer will have to contact his initial point of sale to request his voucher, during the validity period of his ticket.

Or,

• A refund in the initial form of payment of the ticket: The Customer will have to contact his initial point of sale to request his refund, during the validity period of his ticket. It should be noted that this option requires a longer processing time.
