• Weather Alert: Winter Storm in the United States

    Due to a winter storm currently affecting the United States, Royal Air Maroc flights to and from New York and Washington scheduled for January 25th and 26th , 2026, have been cancelled.

    Royal Air Maroc is assisting affected passengers by rebooking them on alternative flights. Passengers whose contact details are up to date in their booking file will receive an email and SMS with confirmation of their rebooked flight.

    We strongly encourage all passengers to check the status of their flight and to update their contact information via the Manage My Booking section of the Royal Air Maroc website:

    For passengers holding tickets on cancelled flights who do not wish to travel on the rebooked flight, Royal Air Maroc offers the following options:
    - A free rebooking, subject to seat availability in the same cabin, within 15 days following the date of the cancelled flight, to and from same destination.
    Or,
    - Refund of the ticket in its original form of payment.

    Passengers whose flights have been cancelled or who have not received confirmation of a rebooked flight are kindly requested not to go to the airport, and instead to contact their original point of sale or the Royal Air Maroc Call Center to confirm their rebooking or request one of the above options.

    As of February 2nd ,2026, Royal Air Maroc will operate its flights to and from Luanda, Angola via NBJ Airport (Dr. Antonio Agostinho Neto Angola International Airport).
    Passengers whose contact details are up to date in their booking file have received an email and SMS notification detailing this change.
    We strongly encourage all passengers to check the status of their flight and to update their contact information via the Manage My Booking section of the Royal Air Maroc website:

    The National Immigration Administration of China (NIA) has announced the introduction of a new procedure allowing foreign nationals travelling to China to complete their arrival (entry) card online in advance, effective November 20, 2025.
    Foreign passengers can now fill out the entry card using the following official channels:
    - Official NIA Website: https://s.nia.gov.cn/ArrivalCardFillingPC/
    - WeChat and Alipay mini-programs
    - By scanning the QR code printed on the entry card with a mobile device : https://s.nia.gov.cn/ArrivalCardFillingPhone/
    Passengers who are unable to complete the form online beforehand may still finalize the procedure upon arrival at the immigration checkpoint by:
    - Scanning the QR code with their mobile phone: https://s.nia.gov.cn/ArrivalCardFillingPhone/
    - Using the self-service kiosks available on site, or
    - Filling out a paper arrival card.

    This measure aims to streamline immigration procedures and improve the travel experience for international passengers entering China.
