To book an upgrade award in business class :

1/ Contact our call center to request the upgrade of your paid ticket on the upgrade class in miles.

2/ Sign in to your private area and go to the section "Ask for an award" to fill out the upgrade award request form.

4/ Following your request, a notification of the debit in miles from your Safar Flyer account and an email confirming your booking in business class will be sent to you. Remember to update your email address!



CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS

  • Award valid per flight itinerary (one award per way)
  • Award not combinable with other awards (flight tickets, excess luggage, etc.).
  • Applicable to all paying classes outside G, S, N and E and X Bag.
  • You must purchase the ticket before applying for an upgrade award.
  • The booking for the upgrade award must be made through the Call Center or at an Royal Air Maroc agency.
  • Award conditioned by availability of Business class seats reserved for upgrade with miles.
  • Transferable option to Safar Flyer members
