We make every effort to ensure that your baggage arrives at its destination without any mishap. Despite this, and for reasons beyond our control, baggage can sometimes be delayed or arrive damaged. In such cases, we would like to apologize for the incident and will do our best to resolve it.
In the event of delayed baggage, here is what you can do:
Report the incident at the "Baggage Assistance" desk at your arrival airport and get your file reference number
Track your file online in the track your baggage section using your file reference
If the baggage is not returned within 5 days of the report, we invite you to follow the steps below:
1- Fill out the online inventory form, or download it and send it to the following address

specifying the contents of your baggage and any details that may help identify it (clothing brands, shoe brands and sizes, cosmetics, etc.)
2- A more detailed search will then be conducted based on the information provided.

If the baggage is not delivered within 21 days of the report, it is considered lost.
To submit a claim regarding your lost baggage, we invite you to use our online form.
An acknowledgment of receipt containing your request reference will be sent to you automatically.
To complete your claim, our teams will request the following documents via a dedicated link:
- The baggage identification tag stub (TAG)
- The Property Irregularity Report issued at the airport upon arrival (PIR)
- A detailed inventory letter listing the contents of your baggage with estimated values, along with invoices for the mentioned items.
- Bank account details (IBAN / RIB)
- The excess baggage ticket if you paid for extra baggage
