    Due to extreme weather conditions in the New York area, Royal Air Maroc informs its passengers of the cancellation of flights AT200, AT201 of December 26th and AT202 and AT203 of December 27th , 2025, to and from New York JFK airport.

    In order to minimize the impact of these cancellation, beyond our control, Royal Air Maroc offers rebooking and refund options, available either by contacting the initial point of sale or our call center.

    In order to be informed of changes that may occur in your flight, we encourage our customers to regularly check their flight status and ensure their contact details are up to date in the “Manage my booking” section on https://www.royalairmaroc.com/ma-en/booking/manage-booking
    or via our mobile app.

    In the framework of CAN 2025 organization in Morocco, we would like to inform our customers of a temporary measure regarding entry into Morocco for holders of a regular passport from the following countries: Algeria, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Gabon, Niger, Senegal, Togo and Tunisia.

    From September 25, 2025, to January 25, 2026, entry into Morocco will be subject to the Electronic Travel Authorization for Morocco (ETAM). Presentation of the ETAM in printed form is mandatory during departure and arrival formalities.
    How to obtain the ETAM:
    - To attend CAN 2025, the ETAM must be requested via the ‘YALLA’ application of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.
    - For any other travel purpose (tourism, business, family visit, etc.), the request must be made at least 96 hours before departure via the portal: https://www.acces-maroc.ma

    Certain categories are exempt from this measure:
    - Holders of diplomatic, service, special, or official passports.
    - Residents in Morocco holding a valid residence permit.
    - Travelers in transit through Moroccan airports (without leaving the international area).
    - Travelers married to a Moroccan national (with proof).
    - Travelers over 55 years of age.
    This measure is temporary.

    The National Immigration Administration of China (NIA) has announced the introduction of a new procedure allowing foreign nationals travelling to China to complete their arrival (entry) card online in advance, effective November 20, 2025.
    Foreign passengers can now fill out the entry card using the following official channels:
    - Official NIA Website: https://s.nia.gov.cn/ArrivalCardFillingPC/
    - WeChat and Alipay mini-programs
    - By scanning the QR code printed on the entry card with a mobile device : https://s.nia.gov.cn/ArrivalCardFillingPhone/
    Passengers who are unable to complete the form online beforehand may still finalize the procedure upon arrival at the immigration checkpoint by:
    - Scanning the QR code with their mobile phone: https://s.nia.gov.cn/ArrivalCardFillingPhone/
    - Using the self-service kiosks available on site, or
    - Filling out a paper arrival card.

    This measure aims to streamline immigration procedures and improve the travel experience for international passengers entering China.
