Can I request a refund for a Cash & Miles ticket?
-The Cash & Miles ticket is refundable if it has not been partially used. In this case, the refunded portion of miles will be credited to your Safar Flyer account, with the remainder credited to the original payment method along with applicable government taxes, subject to a refund penalty.
-Refunds of partially used tickets are not permitted. (Round trip with the outbound used).
-To request a ticket refund, simply contact the call center or go to the Royal Air Maroc agency nearest you. You can also fill out the online claim form (under the Claim section).
