HOW TO BOOK AN UPGRADE AWARD ONLINE?
To take advantage of the Upgrade Award, you must first be the holder of a paid Economy Class ticket, which you can purchase online,
from your Royal Air Maroc agency, or via our call center.
1. Log in to your Individual or Family account and verify that you have sufficient Award Miles.
2. Complete the "Request an Award" form by selecting Upgrade Award.
3. Receive confirmation of your Award by email up to 72 hours after your request.

You can go to the nearest Royal Air Maroc
agency to receive your Award.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- The purchase of a paid Economy Class ticket must be made prior to requesting a Business Class Upgrade Award.
APPLICABLE CONDITIONS FOR THE ROYAL AIR MAROC UPGRADE AWARD:
- The Upgrade Award is transferable.
- The Upgrade Award is valid per flight segment Example: For a Dakar-Paris flight, via Casablanca, the Upgrade Award is calculated as follows: Dakar-Casablanca: 14,000 Miles + Casablanca-Paris: 12,000 miles, for a total of 26,000 miles.
- The Upgrade Award cannot be combined with other Awards (Award Ticket, Excess Baggage, etc.).
- The Upgrade Award is applicable to all paying classes outside of: Classes X, Z, G, and E. Classes W, P, and R for tickets without luggage.
- The Upgrade Award is subject to availability of Business Class seats reserved for the Miles Upgrade.
- The babies under 2 years of age are not eligible for Miles Upgrade.
