A document with a reference number will be provided to you, allowing you to track the progress of your claim with complete transparency.
⚠️ For journeys where the last segment is operated by another carrier, please report your delayed baggage to that carrier.

- Money, jewelry, precious metals.
- Securities, bonds, business papers.
- Valuables (Camera, video equipment...).
- Fragile items (Crystal, glass items...).
- Perishables (Shellfish, fish, crustaceans...).
- Samples.
- Medicines.
