You can invest your cumulated award miles on buying an award flight on any oneworld partner’s flights. The deadline for your request must be at least 72 hours.
How can I buy an award ticket on oneworld partner flight?
To book an award ticket on flights from our oneworldairline partners , you must do it at the agency online or through the Royal Air Maroc call center. Sign-in onto your private area to complete the award ticket application form and pay the airport taxes at the Royal Air Maroc agency or through the call center upon receipt of the confirmation of your Safar Flyer award ticket by email.

- The oneworld award ticket is cessible.
- The oneworld award ticket is non-endorsable and non-transferable.
- The oneworld award ticket cannot be issued with two different classes for round trip flights.
- The Award Ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- The same oneworld Award Ticket with several sections involving 2 airlines cannot be issued.
Can my children benefit from a discount on oneworld award tickets?
- No award ticket for an infant on oneworld award flights
- No discount for chindren from 2 to 12 years old.
Can I get a refund or change the date of my oneworld award ticket?
In case of refund, the following conditions applies:
- Miles are non refundeable.
- Taxes are refundeable even in case of no show.
In case of chane, the following conditions applies:
- 1st date change is free of charge for Platinum, Ambassador, Gold et Silver and with a penalty of 4000 Miles for Blue.
- 2nd date change is with a penalty of 4000 Miles for all status.
- Date change is not permitted in case of no show.
