If your flight is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible via SMS, email, or app notification.
Depending on the duration of the delay — and in accordance with applicable regulations and our customer care policy — our teams may provide appropriate assistance such as refreshments, meal vouchers, rebooking, or accommodation when required.
Our airport teams coordinate your care to help you continue your journey to your final destination under the best possible conditions.

Flight cancellation
If your flight is cancelled, you will immediately receive a notification outlining the next steps.
You will be offered one of the following options:
• Rebooking on the next available flight
• Rerouting via an alternative itinerary, subject to availability
• Refund if you choose not to travel
All updates will be sent via SMS, email, the RAM app, and our website.
Our airport teams are also available to assist you with reorganizing your journey.
Missed connection
If you miss your connection due to a delay or operational disruption on your previous flight — and your journey is booked under a single ticket — our teams will assist with:
• Automatic rebooking on the next available Royal Air Maroc connection
• Rerouting on another airline when possible
• Necessary airport assistance such as meals or accommodation when applicable
• Sending your updated travel details via SMS, email, and the RAM app
If you are already at the airport, please proceed directly to our service desk or contact a ground agent for assistance.
Short connection
When your connection time is less than 50 minutes, we may not be able to guarantee your transfer.
Our ground teams will guide you — please proceed directly to your departure gate.
If you miss your next flight, our teams will offer the best available alternative and provide the necessary assistance.
Overbooked flight
Overbooking is a common industry practice used to anticipate no-shows at boarding.
In such cases, we may contact passengers in advance to request volunteers to change flights in exchange for compensation.
You may also volunteer at the airport. Our teams will check seat availability and assist you with rebooking or compensation options.
In rare situations, involuntary re-accommodation may be necessary. If this occurs, we sincerely apologize and will provide the most suitable alternative along with full assistance.
