If you have left an item on board a Royal Air Maroc aircraft or within our premises, please submit a claim by completing our online form.

You will receive a confirmation email with your case reference once your claim is submitted.
If you have already submitted a claim , please reply to the latest email you received from us, keeping the same subject line.
Things to note:
• Objects found, unattended, on board RAM flights or premises will be kept for 60 days from the date the object was found. After 60 days, found property may be destroyed or turned over to authorities as may be required by local law.
• Articles or objects prohibited for air transport, either in the hold or in the cabin, will in no case be under the responsibility of the carrier, namely valuables, fragile and perishable
