HOW TO BOOK AN EXCESS BAGGAGE AWARD ONLINE?
1. Log in to your Individual or Family account and verify that you have sufficient Award Miles
2. Complete the "Request an Award" form by selecting the Excess Baggage Award you would like to apply for
3. Receive confirmation of your Award by email up to 72 hours after your request.
Service available at a Royal Air Maroc agency
You can go to the nearest Royal Air Maroc
agency to receive your Award.

Good news! Only the fare for the route with the highest fare is applied. The price of the second route is included.
Example: Take advantage of the 16,000 mile Excess Baggage Award for a Paris-Libreville trip with a standard rate of: 8,000 Miles + 16,000 Miles, for a total of 24,000 Miles.
APPLICABLE CONDITIONS FOR THE EXCESS BAGGAGE AWARD:
- The Excess Baggage Award is non-transferable: only the Safar Flyer member can take advantage of it.
- Only one Excess Baggage Award is possible on the same flight for the same member.
- The Excess Baggage Award cannot be combined with other Awards (Award Ticket, etc.).
