    As of October 1, 2024, new control measures have been introduced for foreign passengers at Domodedovo Airport (DME), as well as Sheremetyevo (SVO) and Vnukovo (VKO) airports, during passport control upon arrival and departure. These additional measures apply to all foreign passengers, except diplomats, employees of international organizations, and passengers under the age of 6.
    The new measures include photographing and fingerprint scanning at passport control cabins.
    We kindly invite all passengers departing from Moscow to arrive at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time of their flight to complete all formalities and ensure timely boarding.

    Please be advised that recent changes have been made to the regulations governing the transportation of dogs to the United States. It is important for all pet owners to be aware of these changes to ensure a smooth journey for their companions.

    Key Updates:
    - Age Restriction: Dogs under 6 months of age may not be transported into the United States.
    - Vaccination Records: Dogs without proper vaccination records will not be accepted for transport and may be denied entry into the U.S.
    - Rabies Vaccinations: Dogs that received rabies vaccinations outside of the United States are subject to heightened certification requirements.
