For compensation claims in the event of flight disruption (delay, cancellation, denied boarding, etc.) during a code-share journey or with a OneWorld alliance member airline: the customer must contact the airline that operated the flight, also known as the operating carrier. For ticket refund requests, You must contact the airline that sold you the ticket (marketing carrier). If you have made your reservation through a travel agency, we invite you to contact your agency to benefit from the provisions of our commercial policy (change of travel dates, issue of a credit note, refund of your ticket .... etc.).
