Former imperial city, Rabat is both the modern capital of the Kingdom and a city that has preserved its rich heritage. Its high ramparts surround beautiful Art Deco arteries and its gates are now home to art galleries. As for the kasbah Oudayas, she invites to walk but still keeps its mysteries born at the time when she lived of piracy. In front of her, her twin sister, Salé, and between them, the new marina, a sign that Rabat never ceases to reinvent itself. Its numerous museums and impressive wall paintings testify to its desire to become a city of the arts.
