An acknowledgment of receipt containing your request reference will be sent to you automatically.
If you have already submitted a claim, we invite you to reply to the email you received from serviceclient@royalairmaroc.com, keeping the same subject line.
ⓘ Important note
- Lost property found unattended on board flights or within RAM premises will be kept for 60 days from the date the item was found.
- Items or objects prohibited from air transport, either in the hold or in the cabin, will under no circumstances be the responsibility of the carrier, including valuable, fragile, and perishable items.
