FAQ Safar Flyer
One of my flights was not credited to my Safar Flyer account. How do I claim my miles?
Log in to your online account and go to the section « Register a missing flight » to enter your flight details (ticket number, date of flight, origin / destination and flight number) included on the e-ticket or boarding pass. Claims for miles earned from our partners require the agreement of the partner concerned. To have your activities automatically registered in your account, always remember to indicate your Safar Flyer card number when buying your flight ticket and when using the services of our partners.
