    In accordance with the new health measures implemented by the U.S. authorities, passengers who have traveled to or stayed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, or South Sudan within 21 days prior to arrival in the United States are not permitted to travel on Royal Air Maroc flights to the U.S.

    U.S. citizens and U.S. nationals who have been in the Democratic Republic of the Congo should plan to remain outside the DRC for 21 days before entering the United States.

    U.S. citizens and U.S. nationals who have traveled to or stayed in Uganda or South Sudan, without having been in the DRC during the same 21-day period, may travel to the United States but must enter through designated U.S. airports, where additional health screening measures may apply.

    Non-U.S. nationals who have stayed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda or South Sudan must have stayed outside these three countries for at least 21 days before entering the United States.

    New requirement: Mandatory travel attestation

    Effective November 3, 2026, every passenger boarding an international flight to the United States must sign an attestation confirming that they have not been present in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) during the 21 days prior to boarding. Transit through an airport in the DRC is also covered, even if the passenger did not leave the aircraft.

    Passengers must complete and sign the attestation, print it, and present it to Royal Air Maroc staff before boarding. The document will be collected by Royal Air Maroc staff. Each passenger must keep a copy of the attestation, either in paper or digital format, for the duration of their journey.

    Boarding will be denied if the duly completed and signed attestation is not presented before boarding.

    Two formats are available for your convenience. Please note that these are two versions of the same document. You may choose to complete either one, depending on your preference. It is not necessary to complete both forms.

    African nationals are exempt from visa requirements to travel to Togo.

    Regardless of nationality, before boarding, passengers must:
    • Complete the online travel form available at voyage.gouv.tg
    • Submit the form to generate a QR Code.
    • Present the QR Code to Immigration authorities upon arrival in Togo.
    Please note: The same form must also be completed online before proceeding to the airport for departure from Togo.

    Passengers are advised to complete these formalities online before traveling to facilitate the immigration process.

    In accordance with the requirements of the Sierra Leone authorities, all passengers travelling to or departing from Sierra Leone are required to complete the Health Declaration and the Travel Information Form on the official Sierra Leone Health Travel Portal between 24 and 72 hours before their journey. A QR Code generated upon successful submission will be required during travel formalities. Passengers are advised to complete this requirement as early as possible within the required timeframe to facilitate their journey and avoid any delays during departure and arrival formalities.     Under the Interim Order issued by the Canadian authorities, foreign nationals who have stayed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) within the 21 days preceding their trip are not permitted to travel on Royal Air Maroc flights to Canada.
    Certain exceptions may apply in accordance with the guidelines of the Canadian authorities.
    Royal Air Maroc invites affected passengers to verify their eligibility to travel before departure.
