My flight has been cancelled, will I get a refund?
"Our customers affected by flight cancellations due to Covid-19 can from now benefit from the special measures put in place by the company : the possibility to change freely and unlimitedly the date of departure and the destination. (A fare difference may apply if the original booking class is not available).
In case of uncertainty regarding future trip plans, we invite our customers to opt for the refund of the ticket in exchange of a voucher to ensure a quick processing. The cash refund operations are experiencing exceptional delays since the processing is dealt with on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the current regulation.
