I joined the Safar Family program 3 months ago and I still have not received a card, why?
Con l’adesione al programma Safar Family, ogni membro della famiglia mantiene la propria carta Safar Flyer personale, indipendentemente dal livello già acquisito (Blue, Silver, Gold). Il programma Safar Family non prevede una carta fisica, ma solo un account virtuale. Il passaggio da un livello all’altro (da Blue a Silver e poi Gold) dipende dai risultati individuali in termini di voli e/o Miglia Status registrati da ciascun membro durante l’anno solare precedente alla scadenza della carta.

Why my online award ticket request was denied?
For any new Safar Flyer member, the first online bonus ticket must be under the name of the account holder. For new Safar Family accounts, the 1st award ticket requested must be under the name of one of the members of the account.

What are the available rewards?
You can use your miles in exchange for award tickets, excess luggage allowance, business class upgrade bonus, fee change award (for change of paid tickets), UM (unaccompanied minors), etc. You also have the opportunity to redeem your miles for benefits offered by our airline and non-airline partners. How to book my Royal Air Maroc award ticket online?
To purchase your award ticket online with your miles, check the option « Purchase a ticket with miles » at the booking engine of the home page of the site or log in to your Safar Flyer online account under « Purchase a ticket with miles ». Make sure your profile contains a valid email address and a phone number. Also, check that award miles balance is sufficient for the purchase of the desired award ticket.

How do I redeem my miles?
To convert your miles into « reward » advantages, go to your online Safar Flyer account and fill in your request at the online form « Reward request ». For more autonomy, Safar Flyer offers you the opportunity to buy your award ticket online with your miles. Airport taxes are payable by credit card.

How to apply for an upgrade award?
To book an upgrade award in business class: 1/ Contact our call center to request the class upgrade of your paid ticket in miles. 2/ Log in to your online account and go to the "Aerial reward request" section to fill out the upgrade reward request form. 3/ Following your request, a notification of the debit in miles from your Safar Flyer account and an email confirming your booking in business class will be sent to you. Keep your email address updated!

How can a Safar Flyer member collect miles on the oneworld loyalty program?
There is no oneworld loyalty program. The Safar Flyer member continues to keep the Safar Flyer miles on his or her frequent flyer account, even on oneworld flights.
