In case of missing item in the baggage, please contact the baggage assistance service of the arrival airport to receive a report of missing items.
We kindly ask you to submit a claim to customer service by filling in the form available on our website at the following link:

An acknowledgement of receipt, containing the reference of your request, will be sent to you automatically.
Once you have received the acknowledgement of receipt, please send a message to serviceclient@royalairmaroc.com using the same subject line as the acknowledgement of receipt you received, and enclosing the following documents:

To submit a claim for your missing items, please complete our online form.
Access the claim form You will receive a confirmation email with your case reference once your claim is submitted.
To complete your case, the following documents will be requested by our team via a dedicated link:
- El informe de irregularidad establecido en el aeropuerto a su llegada (DPR)
- El talón de identificación del equipaje (TAG)
- Detailed inventory letter with figures for missing items, together with invoices for the items in question
- Bank details (RIB)
