Please go to the Baggage Assistance counter at your arrival airport to report missing items and complete a Property Irregularity Report (PIR).

Have you left the airport?

You have 7 days from the date of arrival / date of baggage delivery to report the missing items by returning to the airport and/or submitting a written claim to Royal Air Maroc.

  • To submit a claim for your missing items, please complete our online form.
    Access the claim form You will receive a confirmation email with your case reference once your claim is submitted.
    To complete your case, the following documents will be requested by our team via a dedicated link:

  • Havalimanına varışta tespit edilen usulsüzlüğün raporu (DPR)
  • Bagaj etiketi (TAG)
  • Detailed inventory letter with figures for missing items, together with invoices for the items in question
  • Bank details (RIB)
