These general terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern any request of resale (“Request(s) of Resale”) made by you as a passenger (“Passenger”) to La Compagnie Nationale Royal Air Maroc SA, incorporated and existing under the applicable law of the Kingdom of Morocco with its registered office situated at Airport Casa-Anfa, Casablanca, Morocco , registered under N° 9667 at the Trade Register in Casablanca (“Company”) with the Seat Resale Service (the Seat Resale Service”) for a flight booking that was originally purchased from the Company (a “Flight Booking”).
The terms “we”, “our”, “us” refer to the Company and “you”, “your” refer to the Passenger.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Seat Resale Service.

We may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions from time to time. These changes shall not impact the Requests of Resale that have already been accepted

We reserve the right to discontinue the Seat Resale Service at any time. However, this shall not affect any Request of Resale that was accepted or in progress before the Seat Resale Service was discontinued.

By making a Request of Resale, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2-Service eligibility criteria

2.1 Passenger eligibility:

Request of Resale may be submitted by Passengers over the age of eighteen (18) years who purchased a ticket from the Company or any entity or individual authorized by the Company (“Authorized Agent”). Unaccompanied Passengers under the age of (18) years or groups or some specific Passengers [e.g., stand by Passengers, GP, Miles] will not be eligible. The Passenger making the Request of Resale is deemed to have the power and standing to act for all Passengers in the Flight Booking.

2.2 Flight Booking eligibility:

Request of Resale may be submitted if your Flight Booking is eligible and open to resell. Your Flight Booking is eligible where:

• The Ticket must be already be issued

• It is exclusively operated by the Company (interline flights and codeshare flights are not eligible).

• It is non-refundable, partially refundable or refundable with a cancel fee.

• Your Request of Resale is made at least 3 hours before the departure date of the flight.

• Your ticket has not been booked using redemption tickets, miles.

• Your ticket must not have been modified.

2.3 Service eligibility:

The availability of the Seat Resale Service may, at our sole discretion, be contingent upon the following considerations:

• Seat Resale Service may not be offered on certain flights due to operational, safety or security reasons

• Seat Resale Service may not be available for Flight Bookings made through certain agencies or points of sale.

• The Seat Resale Service availability, whether open or closed, is subject to our discretion, primarily depending on the timing of the Resale Request relative to the flight’s departure, as well as the capacity and occupancy of the aircraft(s) concerned by your Flight Booking).

• Requests of resale can only be made on the resale page of the Company’s website.

3-Resale process

3.1 Resale opening alert

• If resale is not yet open for one of your flights, you can subscribe to the resale opening alert if your Flight Booking is eligible.

• You will be notified by e-mail when the resale opens. There is no guarantee that resale will be open on your flights..

3.2 Specific conditions of resale

• You can proceed to the Request of Resale when the resale is open on your Flight Booking.

• Requests of Resale cannot be submitted for a part of the passengers: the Request of Resale will include all passengers of the Booking.

• Requests of Resale cannot be submitted for a specific flight (segment) of a PNR itinerary: the Request of Resale will include all flights on the itinerary. .

• Once your Request of Resale is confirmed, you cannot retract or cancel your request. As a result, by proceeding with a Request of Resale, you waive any rights related to the Flight Booking, in particular the right to travel on the flight concerned by your Request of Resale and the right to any potential consequences of the modifications that may occur on your Flight Booking (e.g., compensation in case of flight delay or cancellation).


• Compensation for your Resale Request is not guaranteed as we cannot ensure that your resale will be successful.

• Prior to confirming your Request of Resale, we will specify the type of compensation you will receive in case of successful resale, whether it be points, miles, vouchers, credits, or any other form of compensation (the “Compensation”).

• The amount of the Compensation will be determined by us and will be proposed to you before you confirm the Request of Resale.

• Ancillaries (i.e., checked baggage, seat selection, priority boarding, lounge access, Wi-Fi access, travel insurance) are not part of the resale; therefore, the ancillaries’ price will not be taken into account in the Compensation calculation.

• The Compensation is sent via e-mail containing voucher(s) or instructions for redeeming points, miles, credits, or any other form of Compensation (individual compensation).

• Any Compensation issued, regardless of type, is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• Your Compensation can be used for your next trip via the call-center of the Company or Agencies Royal Air Maroc.

We only supply the Seat Resale Service to you for domestic and private use. If you use the Seat Resale Service for any commercial or business purposes, we will have no liability for any loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, and these Terms and Conditions shall not apply.

We use all reasonable endeavours (obligation de moyens) to ensure access to the Seat Resale Service. We shall not be held liable for any event due to force majeure resulting in network or server malfunction. We shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Seat Resale Service.

The Company will not be responsible for the Damage caused by the delay in compensation if this delay is attributable to the Passenger or if the Passenger contributed to it: in other words, if the Damage results totally or partially from negligence, from an act or a prejudicial omission by the Passenger.

7-Modification of these general conditionsales

The Company may modify these conditions at any time. The modifications are communicated to the Passenger in an appropriate manner.

8-Applicable law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by Moroccan law. This means that any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Moroccan law. You may bring legal proceedings before the Moroccan courts in Casablanca.
