HOW TO BOOK A CHANGE OF DATE AWARD?
1. Log in to your Individual or Family account and verify that you have sufficient Award Miles.
2. Complete the "Request an Award" form by selecting the Change of Date Award.
3. Receive by email the confirmation of your Award according to availability, within 72 hours after your request.
Service available at a Royal Air Maroc agency
You can go to the nearest Royal Air Maroc
agency to receive your Award.
APPLICABLE CONDITIONS FOR THE CHANGE OF DATE AWARD:
- Award applicable to changeable paid tickets and for change fees only.
- Transferable award to the person of your choice.
- Cumulative award (for 160 €, use two awards: 150 € and 10 €).
