Quanto costa l’abbonamento Status Booster ?
I prezzi possono variare in qualsiasi momento per i nuovi abbonamenti. Consultare le tariffe sul nostro sito web https://boost.loyaltystatus.com/ram/.
Le tariffe standard sono le seguenti:
Abbonamento Miglia di stato Booster x2: 199 euro ogni 90 giorni.
Abbonamento Miglia di stato Booster x3: 298 euro ogni 90 giorni.
Se si sottoscrive l'abbonamento Miglia di stato Booster alla tariffa di lancio, tale tariffa rimarrà in vigore fino a quando l'abbonamento attivo non verrà annullato.
Abbonamento 2x miglia di stato: 99 EUR ogni 90 giorni
Abbonamento 3x status miles: 198 EUR ogni 90 giorni
Se si annulla l'abbonamento, si dovranno pagare le attuali tariffe standard.
Si tratta di un prodotto in abbonamento. Se si sceglie l'abbonamento attivo, l'addebito sulla carta di credito avverrà automaticamente ogni 90 giorni, a meno che non venga annullato.

Once I become a member, how do I register my past flights on my Safar Flyer account?
Safar Flyer offers you the possibility to register your Royal Air Maroc flights made up to 6 months before your membership. To do so, go to your online Safar Flyer account at the bottom of the page under the heading « Register your flight » to enter the data of your flight (Ticket number, date of flight, origin / destination and flight number). In the case of a Safar Family account, registration of the missing flight can only be done on the individual account (Blue, Silver, Gold, Platinum). However, the reward miles earned following this flight will be visible on the Safar Family account.

One of my flights was not credited to my Safar Flyer account. How do I claim my miles?
Log in to your online account and go to the section « Register a missing flight » to enter your flight details (ticket number, date of flight, origin / destination and flight number) included on the e-ticket or boarding pass. Claims for miles earned from our partners require the agreement of the partner concerned. To have your activities automatically registered in your account, always remember to indicate your Safar Flyer card number when buying your flight ticket and when using the services of our partners.

How can I get a refund for my ticket?
You wish to refund a ticket purchased online or via our call center. Simply complete the online refund request form (under the Complaint section). ur teams will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm the amount to be reimbursed based on the reimbursement conditions of your ticket. The refund will be made to the credit card used to purchase your ticket.
