¹ Voorwaarden voor het wijzigen van een Cash & Miles-ticket:
- De wijziging van de datum is mogelijk voor het Cash & Miles-ticket op voorwaarde dat de stoel beschikbaar is, op straffe van een boete en een extra tarief dat alleen contant kan worden betaald.
- Nadat het Cash & Miles-ticket is ingewisseld, is het niet langer mogelijk om terugbetaling op het nieuwe ticket aan te vragen na 3 maanden na de omwisseling.
- Om terugbetaling van uw ticket aan te vragen, belt u gewoon het Callcenter of gaat u naar het dichtstbijzijnde Royal Air Maroc-agentschap.
² Voorwaarden voor terugbetaling van een Cash & Miles-ticket:
- Het Cash & Miles-ticket is alleen terugbetaalbaar als het betreffende tarief terugbetaalbaar is en het ticket volledig ongebruikt is. In dit geval wordt het terug te betalen deel van de Miles bijgeschreven op uw Safar Flyer-account, terwijl de rest wordt terugbetaald volgens de oorspronkelijke betalingsmethode, inclusief overheidsbelastingen, onder voorbehoud van een terugbetalingsboete en in overeenstemming met de voorwaarden die van toepassing zijn op het gekochte kaartje.
- Terugbetaling van een gedeeltelijk gebruikt ticket is niet toegestaan.
- Om terugbetaling van uw ticket aan te vragen, belt u gewoon het Callcenter of gaat u naar het dichtstbijzijnde Royal Air Maroc-agentschap. U kunt ook het online aanvraagformulier voor vergoedingen invullen, onder de hoofding Klachten. Onze teams komen bij u terug om het bedrag te bevestigen dat wordt terugbetaald volgens de terugbetalingsvoorwaarden van uw ticket.

Treat yourself to the most relaxing cheap option. You have the option to cancel or alter your ticket as you wish without any charge! You have priority in the choice of your seat and you accumulate more miles (150%). All this combined with your checked baggage, your carry- on luggage and the meal on board ... and you travel peacefully.

Business Essential
With the Business Essential package, you get the benefits of a low-cost business class, including priority check-in, carry-on baggage, checked baggage, VIP access, 200% mileage and seat selection. And you always have the choice to modify your ticket under conditions.
Business Flex

Wijzigingen
Als u uw reisdatums moet wijzigen, zal Royal Air Maroc uw ticketaankoopprijs volledig terugbetalen als u annuleert tot 24 uur nadat de reservering is gemaakt, op voorwaarde dat uw reservering is gemaakt voor een vlucht met een geplande vertrektijd van ten minste zeven dagen (168 uur) voor vertrek. -
Terugbetaling
Royal Air Maroc zal een gekocht ticket terugbetalen met een volledige terugbetaling zonder kosten tot 24 uur na reservering voor boekingen die zeven dagen (168 uur) of meer voorafgaand aan het geplande vertrek van de vlucht zijn gemaakt. Dit beleid is van toepassing op zowel terugbetaalbare als niet-terugbetaalbare tarieven.
