To benefit from the advantages of the Safar Family program, each member of your family must first be registered in the Safar Flyer program.
And to please the whole family, now grandparents, parents and children can benefit from the same Safar Family account!
Each time a family member indicates their individual Safar Flyer card number when purchasing a ticket, the award miles are automatically transferred to the family account. This applies even if the family members do not travel together.
- Why is my membership number different from my Safar Family account number?
Your Safar Family account number allows you, as a tutor, to check your balance, ask for Safar Flyer rewards, etc. The Safar Flyer account number of your individual card is the one you must indicate when booking your flight tickets in order to earn Miles.
- I joined the Safar Family program 3 months ago and I still have not received a card, why?
By joining the Safar Family program, each member of the family keeps his personal Safar Flyer card regardless of the status already acquired (Blue, Silver, Gold). The Safar Family program does not provide access to a physical card, it is a virtual account only. The transition from one card level to another (Blue to Silver and then Gold) depends on the individual achievements, in terms of flights and/or Miles Status, recorded by each member in the calendar year preceding the date of expiration of his card.
- Can a single-parent family benefit from the Safar Family program?
Yes, any family with one parent and at least one child between the ages of 2 and 26 can benefit from the program.
- Is the number of members limited by family?
Yes, you can register from 2 to 12 members of your family: grandparents, parents and children from 2 to 26 years old.
