If the contents of your baggage are damaged • Baggage Damage Report (DPR) issued at the airport upon arrival • Baggage identification tag • Detailed, itemized and valued inventory list of the damaged items, along with purchase receipts or cleaning / repair invoice where applicable • Bank account details |
